1. The only two things I would suggest to improve the overall guest experience would be to 1) remove the $20 daily resort fee ( a pretty ridiculous charge for amenities that should already be included in the room rate) and 2) provide free coffee in the lobby in the morning.

2. The resort fee is ridiculous, we spent hours by the pool and or beach everyday, and only once did anybody ask us if we wanted water, so I suppose I paid $ 20/day for someone to offer us water once in a week's time.

5. The beach and bar staff are still very nice and accomodating but the food and drink prices are high - even for Key West standards and the 'resort fee of $14 per day' to use a beach chair/towels is ridiculous.
