1. We should’ve left that hotel feeling like a king and a queen, items replaced or cleaned, hotel staff accommodating our needs, and instead, we left in shame and disgust, neglected and forgotten.

2. We never received a business card, she was completely unaccommodating, and we are disgusted by her complete disregard for this incident that could potentially be an epidemic in her hotel.

3. My husband and I were too disgusted to touch anything in the new room, and getting rest at that point was impossible, so we sat upright on a small ottoman and watched television until the manager’s arrival.
