1. Electricity went out, 2 elevator did not work while we were there, hot water heater (boiler) broke while we there.

2. Staff is not overly friendly and as a matter of fact, the Bell Hop would ask us where we went to dinner and then follow our comments with how broke he was and he can`t afford to eat out.

3. I even had to call maintanence to borrow a hammer after our stroller broke and the guy came right up.

4. Also, the elevator to the 3rd floor broke down twice while we were there, so I recommend not going higher than 2nd floor if you have lots of luggage or mind the stairs.

5. As a side note, our room was on the third floor and the elevator broke the day after we got there---it was not fixed by the time we left three days later--quite a hike up 3 flights of steps.

7. No water pressure nor did the drains drain very well, was I taking a bath or a shower? Shower handle broke off in my husbands hand the first night we were there.
