1. My wife and I stayed there May 18 through 20 this year as part of our honeymoon (room 306) and had no issues.

3. back when it was a Marriott, then a Wyndham, and finally a Hilton (Waldorf Astoria Collection) property and never had an issue.

4. issues such as this should be considered utmost importance, and the manager should have seen us as soon as she arrived.

5. We never had lunch or dinner on the property, but I can assume the same issue would exist then as well.

8. No one said anything about this group function on reservation or on check in or offered any explanation on check in that would have at least alerted me, a full paying guest, of potential issues.
