Now back to the lobby with our complaint,dripping wet and sandy,they hand us two new keys,,Guess what,",Keys don't work",I decided not to walk to the OTHER end of the building again and call the front desk,,30 minutes later,the maid shows up with a key,total stay at the hotel 18 hours,,I paid for two days one night,check in friday and leave saturday,,DISASTER.

9. Only complaint is the shortage of beach chairs and umbrellas and beach staff not very motivated about turning over those that are no longer being used or coming around to see if you want drinks or food.
