1. Having to return to the hotel from town the following afternoon to move to the new room was an inconvenience, but the manager did move us to a nice suite.

2. Sure, I shouldn't have had to do that in a resort like this, but I also was not going to let a minor inconvenience ruin an otherwise perfect vacation.

3. It also wasn't any more inconvenient to walk to the outside bar from the pool or beach to get a new drink.

6. This is also an inconvenience when checking out because you need to check out by 11a and without a shower, even in the health club facilities, you cannot utilize the property unless you want to get on the plane sticky, smelly from sun tan lotion.
"Very nice hotel although lacking some niceties " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/17/2008 Vote
7. The Bad: No bathtub in ocean view suites, Our first room smelled of thick mold and we got moved to a smaller room, Wedding guests get first priority, Staff with thick accents or non-english speaking which was very frustrating, they do not clean your room every day unless you remember to leave the 'service please' tag in your door, modern upgrades to room were inconvenient (for example, no glass door on shower or shower curtain, only one exposed socket for electronics), Pool has no deep end, so the water was actually hot, giving no relief (you have to walk out on the pier into the ocean to cool off), the staff puts large rafts in the pool and allows paddle ball and other sports in the pool leaving very little room to swim (not to mention it`s obnoxious having balls flying past your head in the pool, one almost hit us)The Ugly: There is a resort fee of $20 per day on top of the parking fee (self-park is $12 per night or valet is $20 per night), Valet is not always outside to fetch your car either.
