1. I had an issue on this last trip which will switch me to another hotel for my next SFO biz trip.

7. Had an issue with a bachelorette party in the room behind our headboard, Called front desk, handled within less than 15 minutes.

8. The only small issue was that the when the sofa bed is folded out if takes up the entire walkway to the bathroom.

10. We quickly packed (it was a quick overnight trip) and went downstairs to check out and inform front of house that they had issues with bed bugs.
