6. If there was one downside at the Serrano it was that we couldn't print off our boarding passes because the single business center computer was not working properly; the day we left we had to ask the concierge to print off our passes for us, which he did without issue.

9. Only downside was when we called the front desk to ask for some toothbrushes/toothpaste (yup, we are the travelers that forgot) and after waiting in our rooms for half an hour, finally went downstairs to get it.
