1. What's worse is that the hallways are very poorly lit and if you take a wrong turn you'll end up in a closed part of the hotel with nothing/no one around.

8. Assistance was very, very prompt but something must have been wrong (or maybe to do with age) with the heater because the engineer helped us out by giving as an additional portable heater which was enough to make the rest of our stay comfortable.

9. The room smelled, the bathroom door wouldn't close completely, the bed frame was broken, the valet took 30 minutes to get my car (and came back with the wrong one after that), and to top it all off was a pair of dirty panties from a previous guest in the room next to the bed.
