1. ballroom was majestic (was there for business) but frankly, rooms felt dirty, worn, and service/ambiance at hotel was terrible.

2. The air was not on at all and the customer does not have any control over the temperature in the room and the room was very warm and the humidity that the fan was pulling in, made the dirty carpet moist and stinky.
