7. poor housekeeping, high charges for internet and not only that unfriendly staff, i checked out early and my invoice did not reflect the early checkout fee, I submitted to my company for reimbursement only to discover incidently that i was charged more than what i was shown, no one asked me or informed me but just charged my account after i was gone.
