3. The staff was helpful and cheerful, and our only issue was that our coffee pot in our room clogged up, which was easily fixed.

6. I did see picketers twice, but they are in front, and once you're checked in, you can use a side entrances by scanning your room key card, and it's a non-issue.

7. I was not bothered by housekeeping (an issue I've experienced in other hotels, and I never allow housekeeping in my room until I check out because I had items stolen at a Courtyard Marriot once).
