1. A 3,000 bedroom hotel full really?? Luckily the bell man was still with our luggage in the room and the reception lady did not believe what we were saying or did not want to bother herself making any changes so the bell man, a great guy by the way called Nono, had to take over the phone and testify that we were in the wrong room.

3. Because it is such a big hotel, the elevator banks can be confusing - I often went into the wrong elevator that did not serve my floor.

5. On the downside the breakfast wasn't usual Hilton standard, nothing wrong with it, but I think you're better off getting breakfast from the menu instead of pre-paying for B&B buffet like we did.
