There is often a huge
mistake
made in guest service: Ownership and/or Management focus so much on the precision of rules, verbage, and pre-written script that the individuality of the employee is lost.

as most of my travel is work related (over 50 room nights/year for work) and I choose to stay at Hilton or Hyatt hotels.
