1. What let the hotel down was the cost of things once you are there - the restaurant is expensive, the coffee/snack shop is expensive, parking is expensive ($57 for overnight Valet parking.

5. Valet parking was extrememly expensive ($58/night I think), but on the street behind the hotel (parallel to Michigan avenue) there is an outdoor self park lot that is only $35/night.

9. There needs to be wireless throughout the hotel AND it needs to be a more reasonable fee charge - regardless of the 'support' for internet provided it is simply FAR too expensive.
