1. Staff seemed realy stressed, lacked patience and treated guests like there were better things to spend their time on than deal with our concerns.

5. The only positive thing I will say about the hotel is that you do feel like you've stepped back in time and the lobby and ballrooms are all grand and beautiful, but it doesn't make up for everything else the hotel lacks.

9. The hotel is huge; so most rooms are going to be a bit of a trek from the lobby and the signage is a little lacking if you don't enter from the main lobby door to find the elevator but once you have that figured it its pretty straight forward.
