They try to be modern and offer all the info on the hotel via the in-room internet service, including the menu - the only problem is that the internet service is reset every time new guests are checked in, and it takes the system about half an hour to initialize, so we ended up calling the help desk, and they brought us a printed menu.

9. This is one of your typical huge downtown hotels which habitually (according to my observations) have one problem: high guest traffic - which somewhat depresses their interest/capacity in maintaining the top-line standards.

10. The bathroom tub did not have a non-skid bottom or any hand rails/grab bars, so if balance or slipping may be a problem you might want to inquire about an accessible room.
