3. The rooms itself are ok - a bit aged and with carpet, which is not my preferred option but in good shape and you can can open the window a bit - which is a very rare treat for a hotel nowadays unfortunately.

Check in staff not very friendly but then we had the nicest porter who helped us find our room (huge hotel) then he kindly told us a bit about the hotel and its history before telling us abit about the city, unfortunately I can't remember his name but if all the staff were as helpful and informative as him Iwould have rated the sevice higher.
