4. THe most annoying thing was a computer monitor with some new touch-screen features that kept coming on at 4 AM to wake me up despite my attempts to turn it off (there was no 'off' button).

9. Very annoying was a poorly-soundproofed drainpipe running past my room, which caused a very loud water-rushing sound from the wall when someone showered or used the toilet so loud I couldn't even hear the TV.
