1. Don't get me wrong, you won't mistake the room for a suite but it's got enough room for two people to hang our comfortably for a night a two.

4. I finally talked with head of security, Daniel O'Brien, and he found out the wrong room was checked and checked the correct room and in fact found all the items (which included my checkbook, cash and some cards), among other travel items.

6. Can't go wrong if visiting NYC as it is near central park, great restaurants, and easy access by bus or subway to most anywhere in the city.

7. Care to guess what got charged on my credit card the next day?* So i left a message with the mgr about the charges, she called me back promptly and asked what was wrong with the bill? Was she kidding? Did she not get my message? I guess I should have expected nothing less.

8. We couldn't have been more wrong as they all raved about the hotel, how happy they were there, and that they hoped we would book a room block there again in two years when it is our daughter's turn.

9. Search on Trip-Advisor for it, it is ranked top restaurant of over 7,000 in New York so I cant be wrong.

10. One evening after arriving quite late, they put us in an 'upgraded' room and then rang the room to tell us they had put us in the wrong room and we'd have to move - we were already in bed.
