1. It is annoying to pay so much for having internet access: this is why we decided not to pay for wifi, while used one of the 3 personal computers available for free to guests, near the entrance of the hotel.

2. Maybe next time they should take out the trash or bring fresh towels to explain their entering a room to do nothing but obviously rearrange objects and annoy their guests.

3. The name is annoying and confuses some people when you try to go there; similarly the address is on Broadway but the entrance is on 77th which is annoying for pick-ups and such.
