My only complaints with the hotel would be the lack of a cocktail lounge on the terraces,the doors to the rooms, when they close are very very loud and can be quite irritating when you are staying next to those out partying all night, and that the many different elevators can make it a bit confusing.

4. Why I rated it three star is the lack of room service, closed gym, small rooms that have only the basics and wireless connection that never worked in my room despite many attempts and calls to the help desk.

5. Service is unfailingly polite, though sometimes they seem undermanned at the desk, and while they lack food service, there are restaurants galore in the neighborhood.

8. The hotel was far from awful but unfortunately missed the extra flares and touches that I like to see in a hotel (eg super efficient service) and lacked some of the facilities you would expect (free wifi in you room, on-site catering facilities).

9. Great location (close to Central Park and Colombus circle), but the lack of services downgrades the overall impression : no breakfast, no bar, no restaurant.

10. One really big drawback was the fact that this was a (locked) connecting room, and it was very easy to hear every word in the next room, so we felt a real lack of privacy.
