3. Why do hotels do this? Seriously, who likes to sleep in a hot room? It wasn't horrible so if you can get a good deal and won't be spending a lot of time in the room its in a good location for the upper west side.

However, the window is extremely drafty, I had a horrible time getting the shower to work, and getting hot water, did eventually but the pipes made a noise that could wake the dead and when I took my shower, I realized the hair dryer was missing, as was the luggage rack (we had discovered this earlier and it was brought up) Tonight when I went to wash my hands, there was no hot water.
