My last experience, i was given what seemed like the smallest room in the hotel, after being 'helped' by a

front desk person - and this is from a hotel where I stay at least 4 times per year.

The last day of our stay the hotel turned off our satellite so we had no TV and the housekeeping staff came by 3 different times between 8am and 1130am (check out is at noon) and asked very
rude
ly 'WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO DEPART?' The first time at 8am we were still sleeping and like most we are not fully dressed and the lady beat on the door with 2 loud pounding punches then announced 'Housekeeping' as she walked in.
