1. The room itself was a bit dark however, maybe management could lot at putting stronger bulbs in the light sockets? other than that no complaints at all, staff were all very friendlylocation is good in UWS, some nice restaurants and one or 2 bars in the area.

4. Everyone was still nice and welcoming and the lobby was super clean however it was the bedrooms and bathrooms that I had the most complaints.

My only complaints with the hotel would be the lack of a cocktail lounge on the terraces,the doors to the rooms, when they close are very very loud and can be quite irritating when you are staying next to those out partying all night, and that the many different elevators can make it a bit confusing.
