1. but the first room we got was terrible, so they changed it the next morning, moving us when we were out, but we had to leave the place packed up.

6. Two (small) negatives:- Last time I arrived at 1:30pm and they would make absolutely no effort to make the room available before the official check-in time of 3pm- The elevators are old and terribly slow.
