I would not classify this as a luxury hotel as my tiny room window looked out onto a brick wall, my bathroon seemed incomplete, with the sink the height of my waist, no heating on slate flooring, towel rails above the toilet, shower head too short (and I am not tall), the room door didn't fit the hindges so it couldn't be locked from the inside.
