1. There were other problems with the hotel that we would have dismissed but since we had the bed bug problem they seem to be magnified.

6. My roomate and I also experienced alot of itching in the bed at one point, but I can tell you it wasnt bed bugs, there was no sign of them, no bites etc, so please do not think anything like that.

10. Our mattress was thin and reminded me of one from a pull out couch (maybe they use cheap mattresses to minimize costs in the event of another bed bug infestation).
