4. We had asked about bed bugs prior to booking and were told that they take great efforts to protect against the bugs - they use bug sniffing dogs etc.

7. Horrible experience, and oh yeah I overheard another disgruntled customer asking to be moved because there was a big wet spot in their closet with A VERY LARGE BUG crawling around.

9. I should say, for someone who hates bugs, that they really didn't bother me (they were tiny and on the walls, not on me) but at the same time, who wants to pay for a room with bugs? I packed my bags and went downstairs to change rooms.
