1. unfortunately the concept of service has left this hotel, and after this stay I will not be back.

6. Whilst the location here was great, I would not return as the service we received on leaving the hotel was really quite dire and unfortunately we left the hotel feeling rather let down.

Stayed here in June for one night - USD219 for the night - made prior email request for early check-in with room on high floor, followed up by telephone request - arrived at midday after 17 hour flight and was told by stressed out check-in staff member (a gentleman, I forget the name) that unfortunately no rooms were ready but that I could leave my bags (in the restaurant?) and they would phone when a room was ready.

8. We always got a welcome from the Concierge, who was always willing to help us in any way he could (unfortunately for him, I had booked many things in advance; however it was good knowing that there was someone who's there to help when needed).

10. The staff went out of their way to help (one guy comes to mind, unfortunately can't remember his name, who changed our room to an incredible view of the ESB with little fuss).
