1. To make a long story short we ran into computer problems but two other staff came to help out and they even had their IT guy on the line to resolve the issue.

5. Back to the Hotel, check in was quick, with very helpful staff, room was on the 22nd floor, very good size, even though it was beside the elevator, it wasn't a problem at all, excellent bed, good size bathroom, there was also a micrwave, fridge and tea and coffee maker, very nice touch.

10. Had a little issue getting into the room (card key read was malfunctioning, but after returning to the front desk, they sent someone from maintenance along to make sure it we could get into the room and that the problem was fixed).
