1. When all is said and done, I think what I like most about this manhattan hotel is how hassle-free it is- no working my way through a massive and jam-packed lobby, and the pleasure of feeling a really warm welcome from all of the staffers.

3. Although finding a place to park to unload your gear can be a hassle, as well as the self park in the ICON garage on 36th St ($35 a day), you will be rewarded by a very friendly staff who will handle your check-in quickly and efficiently.

4. 2) Great staff - always courteous at the front desk and they will go out of their way to be helpful; I left a theater ticket with the front desk for a colleague who was staying at the 48th Street HGI this week - no hassles at all; 3) Breakfast cooked to order.

I stayed in This hotell on a short trip to NYC on halloween , finding a good hotel with reasonable price in NY could be hassle but this one was a great choice for me ,location is the best factor to go for it, it is in the heart of hustle and bustle of Newyork next to the macys and all other attractions .
