3. We sometimes stopped at floors where there wasn't anyone as well - maybe they took the stairs after waiting - but it was the only bad thing I could find about this hotel.

4. In terms of the view, the side with the Empire state building is not catchy since all the buildings are soo close by and we mostly see badly maintained roof tops.

7. ) We did have the reflection of the Macy's tree in one of the buildings windows so it wasn't that bad but that should tell you how close this hotel is to Macy's.

9. The bad things are:Don't have a safe in room, for foreigners is better put the passaports and yours personal belongs inside it.

10. The cons, however, do not constitute a big issue for me, my real priorities are room cleanliness and location, and the price is usually not bad for NYC at this location.
