1. We let housekeeping in one day and the sheets were obviously dirty and they weren't changed, the window in our room was left open as our belongings sat right beside it.

6. The minor things that could have been better: I used the ice bucket several times a day, but at least two days, they forgot to give me the liner; my 'sheet' on top of the duvet looked dirty as in it had black markings, but I wasn't sure whether that was from us or already there the first night (as we were quite tired and hardly detailed) - I should have said something but was also hoping that they'd notice and change it on their own; at least once, we came back in the mid afternoon, our room wasn't cleaned yet - not a problem, but unexpected; not enough seating area - since I had the bad back, I always got the chair, but my husband and daughter had to sit on their beds, but that's the problem with less property, just something to be aware of.

7. The most advantage about staying here is the location is near everything, like said in other posts, the best part is that otheh guests were asking how to get to chinatown on the subway, and the staff explained so well thah we also join the group, there is a subway station a few steps away, take the N to Downtown you get of at Canal Street and there it is Chinatown, walk to Mulberry street and you are in little Italy, or dony get off and change to #4 get of at Brooklyn Bridge and take a walk in it, or just continue and take #6 and get of at Fulton Street and you are in Ground Zero, very easy and fast the only thing is the subway that is very dirty and smelly but very worth it.
