The only reason I considered this
inconvenient
was when I was leaving the hotel in full winter gear, it got pretty warm waiting fo the elevator to come pick us up to go downstairs into the snowy cold.

I returned to 63 West 35th Street location on the Sat and again they UPGRADED my room FREE OF CHARGE and again apologized for my

As of September 14, you must use your room card to activate the elevator but this is not seriously
inconvenient
unless you've overshopped at Macy's (about 100 yards away).
