6. The only 2 minor negatives I'd mention is that the public spaces (hallways/elevators) don't have the same finishes and nice look of the rooms, and breakfast is quite expensive.

7. Rooms are small but i figuered out this is common in all NY hotels but they are clean and bathroom is good too,cleaned daily and fresh towels are delivered everyday , price was reasonable(bear in mind that hotels are pretty expensive in NYC).
