1. The staff were incredibly helpful with terrific advice including the barman in the very tiny bar that opens at 5pm.

5. The only tiny hiccup I found was there was not a lot of counter space in the bathroom, but that's not that big of a deal if you're not packing too much bathroom stuff (or you can use the desk.

8. This is a NYC hotel with tiny--again, tiny--but very clean and very useful rooms, and in walking distance from the subway (Canal Street) and tons of restaurants, shops, etc.
