1. I read online to avoid the 2nd floor due to noise, but to come back after 4.

2. The only trouble we had during our 4 days there was getting a cab uptown during rush hour (but we got where we needed to go on time) when we left the city via Newark airport we got an extra bonus as the street the hotel was on fed directly into the tunnel avoiding a lot of traffic.

3. Nice idea, except you may need to buy drinks in bulk to avoid risking the lift issue.

4. I wish they had wifi Breakfast spread was good,cereals fruits,muffins,yoghurt,my daughter enjoyed making her wafflesThe downside is the traffic for holland tunnel AVOID taking that route.

6. Usually I try to avoid the big hotel chains when travelling in private (I already spend too much time in those impersonal places on my business trips, when my priority is more on the efficiency of the hotel).

9. The location was suberp, close to smaller bars and boutiques in SoHo, so we avoided most of the tourist traps.

10. If I know the location of the public parking lot in advance, I can avoid the traffic jam and I was not trying to go to the hotel directly by car.
