1. Staff were apologetic that they did not have a large room available and would need to give us a room with a double bed and bring in a fold-out bed.

2. When I discussed these items with the front desk upon checkout they were very apologetic and concerned and I would hope they have already been addressed.

3. How is this possible when you tag our luggage when we checked our bags? What is the point of tagging our bags if you just take the one the guest says is his, or let the guest pick? How about asking the guest to check that it's his?The new reception guy was really apologetic about it, and that's great, but what's going to be done to prevent this in the future? What if we hadn't returned when we did - would they have said anything about the mix up? Not mention anything and leave us to discover why something my boyfriend packed went missing or to discover that it's not even his bag?And what about the inconvenience of that other guest who got the wrong bag? Is he going to miss his flight now?This is our first night here and, so far, this place hasn't shined at all, nor do I think it deserves its rating or the praise its been given.

4. The room they had pre-assigned us hadn't been cleaned yet (the hotel was full that weekend), but the staff was friendly and apologetic and worked hard to find an alternate room that was ready.
