That is a big plus - I do not understand why other hotels charge for such services, as this only annoys the guests (I do not care if I pay a dollar or two more per night - but I do care if I spend a four digit number for my stay and then have to pay an additional fee of a couple of dollars to get my baggage stored after check-out).

3. for the experience, next time its possible I would stay close to Times Square, though for the price and still a good location (besides the annoying canal st every day) Hampton Inn is a great place.
