1. There was no other storage area in the bathroom including the lack of a towel hook on the back of the door.

Breakfast time was a zoo, and one morning we had to bring food back to the room for lack of a place to sit, but the staff kept it moving as well as they could, and again, it was free, which like the internet is usually an area hotels will try to make a buck (or save a buck by not offering it at all).

10. The beds are so comfortable that I was quite sad to have to leave it and come back to my own bed :)The only thing i think that's lacking in the room are tea making facilities - I guess Americans are more coffee people.
