The bed comfortable, the only
disturbing
factor at night was the noise of the heating/AC, but you may turn it off if the outside temperature is comfortable.

I have stayed at very nice hotels where the staff seem to ignore the 'do not
disturb
' sign and either barge right in or knock every 20 mins.

Because I had an early meeting, I resented the fact that at 2AM I was being
disturb
ed by their music and conversations in the hallway and I contacted reception to request they ask the noisemakers to quieten down.
