2. Staff very accomodating; one of the few hotels that have windows that open, but I personally hated the decor.

3. The room also had an iron and ironing board (a real plus point for me this as I usually have shirts to iron and I hate waiting around)The breakfast was a buffet affair but everything seemed nice and fresh and the DIY waffle irons were a really fun touch.
