1. In fact, I was only in the hotel for an overnight or I would have requested a room change based on the broken items.

2. The real complaints I have were the following: missing room fire alarm (major code violation), a safe which did not work, and the hot/cold faucet in the shower that was broken and had a temporary screw in place to allow it to be turned.

3. Our only negative comments would be that the air-conditioning unit is pretty noisy, which we didnt really mind as we are heavy sleepers, and that the blinds in our room didnt actually close (by design, not due to being broken).
