1. The only slight issue of this hotel is its located on a street that connects to the Holland Tunnel, so you'll be seeing and sometimes hearing cars at all hours.

3. I did address the issue(s) with the front desk and the were very nice and addressed the issue with the temp of H2O but after a long day at work the last thing I wanted was an engineer in my room to work on things that at 299.

5. ) who helped with where to eat and a bit of an issue with getting a cab back to JFKOverall this hotel is ideal for those who need a handy base in NYC but are self sufficient enough to use the subway to get around and aren't looking for a 'resort' hotel.
