6. we had been worried that being close to the main tunnel would make it noisy, but in fact it was a pretty quiet street and we had no problems.

7. Our only negative comments would be that the air-conditioning unit is pretty noisy, which we didnt really mind as we are heavy sleepers, and that the blinds in our room didnt actually close (by design, not due to being broken).

8. The only con is that it can get noisy at night since it is near the Holland Tunnel entrance.
