1. There is no problem to find things to complain about in any hotel, including this one (here one can say that Watts street is a traffic jam heading to Holland tunnel, that you can hear the street noise until late, that rooms are small, that breakfast is basic etc.

3. the only thing i wasnt a huge fan on was the breakfast, but i really shouldnt complain because it was included in the package, and its hard to find breakfast incl.

5. (3) Room Size - Many travellers often complain about the small size of rooms in NYC hotels, but I was pleasantly surprised at how spacious this hotel was, it was a good size for 2, enough space for suitcases to be packed away.

6. No apologies, and when we complained to the front desk they apparently yelled at the cleaning staff, who then knocked on our door and yelled at us.
