3. A negative was - the room was really small - yes, I know it's NYC, but even in downtown Chicago the rooms aren't that small.

5. Our only negative comments would be that the air-conditioning unit is pretty noisy, which we didnt really mind as we are heavy sleepers, and that the blinds in our room didnt actually close (by design, not due to being broken).
