Overall, it's not unexpectedly
awful
, but I wouldn't necessarily recommend staying here either - next time, I think I'd rather spend 20 bucks a night more and have a larger and more comfortable room.

awful
room or rude staff - our room was comfortable, clean, with a lovely bed and excellent recently renovated bathroom.

The hotel really needs to stop placing guests on that floor until the situation is resolved (or give a disclaimer at check-in) because it is
awful
.
