It's pretty
difficult
to find rooms with two double beds in Manhattan, and this hotel has them (and there's even still room to walk around the beds because the rooms are a decent size by NYC standards).

One of my cab drivers had a
difficult
time finding it as it was fairly new at the time but easy to find for everyone else.

But it was a great deal for the money and it included breakfast, which is really
difficult
to find in the city.

The hotel was quite bust when we stayed, so sometimes
difficult
to get a table at breakfast; they do have a take out breakfast in a brown paper bag if you like, or you can always take your breakfast up to your room.

The hotel is very popular so early check in/late check out are
difficult
to get but they will safeguard your luggage.

The location was convenient for exploring the Soho area, and getting uptown or down to Lower Manhattan was not
difficult

Now I know that, due to their love of airconditioning, Amercan hotel guests seem more used to noise than European ones, but it's
difficult
to see how a constant din on this level could be considered anything like normal.
"Good hotel but noise from machinery unacceptable in some rooms. "
